Access the Login page by using the link provided in your 'Welcome' e-mail.
Enter your 'Login Name' and 'Password exactly as provided to you in the 'Welcome e-mail'. (We recommend that you copy and paste your 'Login Name' and 'Password' into the Login page. Passwords are case sensitive.)
Upon your first login to the system you will be asked to create a permanent password.

Your new password cannot be the same as your login, must be 8 characters long and must contain at least one number (1234567890) or special character (+$%!#^.,) NOT located in the last 2 positions.

If you forget your password, you may request a new one.
